Please self-park in the garage attached to your hotel. Self-parking charges will be covered with your room. If you valet park at these hotel locations, all valet parking charges will be your responsibility.

Overflow Parking
Should your hotel garage parking be full, overflow parking is available at the Arts District Garage, located at 287 W 17 Street (17th Street and Broadway Blvd), Kansas City, MO 64108.

AIR TRAVEL

After completing registration, please book your flight through Egencia. All team members invited to C3 should have access to Egencia. If you are a Store Manager, please work with your District Manager to pay for your flight through Egencia. You will NOT book your hotel through Egencia.

Arrival: Sunday, May 3, 2026, by 3:00 PM
Departure: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, after 1:00 PM

All tickets must be purchased through Egencia. Visit your Egencia account via Casey’s Intranet and Okta tile section, select Egencia and complete your travel booking. Contact Egencia at 312-741-6713 or use the online chat function.

If you elect to make your own airfare arrangements outside of this registration process, your airfare will not be reimbursed.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

When you arrive at the Kansas City Airport, please plan to take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to your assigned hotel. Group ground transportation will not be provided. Be sure to keep your receipt for reimbursement per company guidelines. Travel time is approximately 25 minutes from the airport.

PACKING YOUR BAGS

DRESS CODE

The dress code for the conference is casual – like every day at Casey’s, jeans are great. On average, you can expect it to be 75ºF during the day and 55ºF at night. Bring a sweater or jacket for the evenings and air-conditioned rooms.

LUGGAGE

Pack your clothes in a bag that’s small enough to be considered a “carry-on.” If it’s larger than 22″x14″x9″, you’ll need to check your bag. Some airlines charge a fee for checking bags (up to $50 per bag). Baggage fees can be reimbursed through Casey’s reimbursement guidelines noted here.

CARRY-ON

You can bring a carry-on and one personal item on the plane with you, such as a purse or laptop bag. TSA provides a list of prohibited travel items, click here for more information.

LIQUIDS

Your liquids, gels, and aerosols must be packed in containers, 3.4 oz. (or less) and packed separately in a quart-sized, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Click here for more information on TSA-approved carry-on liquids.

MEDICATIONS

If you have any essential medications, such as insulin, keep them separate from your quart-sized, zip-top, clear plastic bag.

LEAVING FOR KC

Before you leave home, make sure you have your carry-on bag, your government-issued ID (Real ID), and your e-ticket from Egencia, along with anything else you may need.

You are responsible for transportation to your airport. Use the most economical transportation to and from your local airport. If you park your car at the airport, Casey’s will reimburse your parking expenses. Be responsible and use long-term parking where available.
Arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure. Some airlines will not let you check in if you don’t arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled flight departure.
